Our corporate social responsibility program at Hollywood Hair Guy® Academy is designed to foster a culture of inclusivity, social responsibility, continuing education and environmental stewardship while enhancing the personal and professional development of our community.

In doing so we foster an inclusive organizational culture that prioritizes mental well-being by implementing time off for mental wellness.
- Community Engagement and Volunteering: We encourage staff and contractors to become involved in mental health awareness initiatives and volunteer opportunities. We support charitable organizations that help bring awareness to and destigmatization to mental health.
5. Sustainability
Commitment to sustainability and responsible environmental stewardship.
- Green Campus Practices: Implement energy-efficient systems, reduce waste, and transition to sustainable materials and implement green business practices.
- Responsible Sourcing & Carbon Offset Programs: Invest in programs to offset the academy’s carbon footprint, such as tree planting and implementing fuel efficient vehicles when necessary and encourage ride-share as frequently as possible.
